ONLINE ANXIETY TEST
If you are feeling anxious at the moment, then we are here to help.
One of the best ways to measure anxiety is to use a Generalised Anxiety Disorder GAD test.
At CPW we have developed the UK’s first online test designed to calculate your score and send you a personalised report to reassure you if your anxiety is low and help you if it is high.
The report will contain tips and advice to reduce your anxiety. It will help to point you in the right direction.
The report is confidential and will only be sent to the email address that you provide. It will not be sent to your employer.
Simply complete the form below. It will only take a minute or two and we will process the scores and email you a personalised report at around 9.00 (GMT) tomorrow.
GAD TEST
For each question, think about how you’ve been feeling over the last couple of weeks.
WHAT IS A GENERALISED ANXIETY DISORDER OR GAD TEST?
A Generalised Anxiety Disorder Assessment, sometimes shortened to a GAD-7 test, is a tool that is used to measure or assess the severity of generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
It is a seven-item test that can now be done online. Each question asks the individual to rate the severity of his or her symptoms over the past couple of weeks.
Our GAD test is not suitable for those aged under 16.
