PROACTIVE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME
Traditional employee assistance programmes (EAP) are designed to be reactive, dealing with employees who have diagnosed issues or who are off work.
Our proactive employee assistance programme (PEAP) is designed to identify and deal with employees’ mental health issues before they become problematic for the employee and adversely impact the business. The programme also covers reactive support.
If you have responsibility for employees, you can register your business for the Proactive Employee Assistance Programme (PEAP). It’s completely free to register your business. Simply complete the enquiry form below.
As a subscriber to this service, your employees can access our mental health services on a confidential basis.
PEAP FOR EMPLOYERS
You can register your business for free. Simply complete the enquiry form below and we will send you a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
We offer free PEAP promotional resources below to promote the service to your employees. The more you promote it, the better the wellbeing of your team. If there is something you specifically require, please let us know.
For maximum impact, you may want to consider combining this with our innovative wellbeing video programme.
You can set a spend limit if you wish, so you can budget accordingly.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your staff can self-refer and access expert treatment that delivers results.
Local authority services currently providing psychological therapies for mental health support in the community have long waiting lists for patients to be seen. Often individuals must display poor mental health symptoms to even be seen by these services. Your employees can access help within 48 hours.
Our proactive model is the most cost-effective EAP. Not only does it address issues before they adversely affect the organisation, but it is also the right thing to do.

PEAP FOR EMPLOYEES
If your employer has signed up for the proactive employee assistance programme, then you can talk to someone in confidence and share your worries so that you can find your way to feeling great again.
You don’t have to wait for it to build into a problem. Our trained mental health practitioners are here to help. You will be speaking with a trained professional within 48 hours – often sooner.
You may just want a quick chat or some advice or you may want to talk at length to someone you can trust.
This initial conversation may resolve the issue, or you can access additional sessions with the therapist which might include various methods such as mental health coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or solution-focussed brief therapy (SFBT). These are informed techniques to give guided self-help on how to manage these types of problems and promote wellbeing for the individual.
Whatever route you choose, we are there to support and guide you. It’s always better to be proactive and nip things in the bud. So, even if you think it’s not a major problem, please call us.
