Assessment
The programme begins with an initial assessment to determine the most effective treatment schedule for the patient.
Treatments
After the initial assessment, there are 11 further weekly 30-minute treatment sessions with our expert healthcare professionals. Patients are given specific actions to complete each week between sessions.
Bespoke
Every person is different, and each programme is tailored to their specific needs using our treatment framework.
Convenience

Our expert healthcare professionals at our North East centres are ready and waiting. For online sessions you can choose from Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or a traditional phone call.
Multi-disciplinary
The programme uses four key disciplines proven to be the most effective in addressing the key issues. Physiotherapy, movement, psychology, and nutrition.

WHAT IS A BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL APPROACH?
A biopsychosocial approach (BPS) is an evidence-based approach that places the person at the forefront of their care. It gives equal importance to the individuals physical, wellbeing and social state, which are all important factors that can affect recovery from Long Covid.
Research has shown that people who have Long Covid not just experience medical-related symptoms e.g. breathlessness, fatigue and pain, they can also experience anxiety, low mood, reduced social engagement and altered relationships. It is therefore of paramount importance that all of these factors are considered as part of this programme.
